How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email privacy@aksa.com to request deletion.
How does profile verification work?
We use a multi-step process: first, you take a real-time selfie that's matched against your profile photos using AI. Optionally, you can complete government ID verification for a higher trust level.
How do I report someone?
Tap the three dots on any profile or in any conversation, then select "Report." Choose the reason and provide details. Our trust & safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my premium subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through Settings > Subscription. You'll retain premium features until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
How do I request my data?
Under GDPR and CCPA, you can request a copy of all your data. Go to Settings > Privacy > Download My Data, or email privacy@aksa.com. We'll process your request within 30 days.
